The owners of this magnificent two storey home had delightfully come to us with a full set of drawings and detailed specifications. They knew what they wanted and were looking for a custom, boutique builder to meet their requirements.
The block was narrow – just over 12 metres wide – and so a split level design was required to cater for the 1-metre slope towards the rear of the land.
The outcome was a striking front elevation, the product of a two-tone render and cladding, complimented with matching planter boxes and a built-in letter box.
The end result is a stunning 4 bedroom, 3 bathrooms family home, complete with a home theatre and a feature sunken area comprising the kitchen, family and dining areas – the true hub of the home.
With smart design, no dream home was too big for this narrow strip of land.
