The owners’ vision for this home was clear. They knew exactly what their new two storey home required. Selecting the right builder to bring their vision to life was integral – they wanted a builder that doesn’t settle for “just good enough”, but a trustworthy builder who listens and cares.
For instance, the theatre room needed to be soundproofed with acoustic bricks and solid doors, and constructed with enough space to house a grand piano.
The family, living and dining areas all had to overlook the rear gardens and separate wet and dry kitchen areas were a priority.
Another prerequisite was the triple garage and a spacious, column free balcony, which we were happy to deliver.
The end result is a striking, custom built two storey residence with an attention commanding façade.
